SIU College Democrats elect President of 2004-2005 school year
CARBONDALE, ILLINOIS - April 22, 2004 - The Southern Illinois University College Democrats elected Sarah Bauer President for the 2004 – 2005 school year. Sarah will be starting her senior year at SIU and is majoring in Political Science.
TyJuan J. Cratic, ending his 1st year at SIU and as President of the College Democrats, will continue to a be a part of the organization, and will serve as the Legislative Committee Chairman of the Young Democrats of Illinois.

Sarah has the leadership to be president, and she knows that all across the state we have a huge gap between the youth of Illinois, and government. President Bauer will take the summer to develop the upcoming year for the College Democrats, and meet with Democratic officials and students. Close advisors; President TyJuan J. Cratic, and President Tequia Hicks, and Vice President Nathaniel Brown, of the SIU Undergraduate Student Government respectively, will also continue to be a part of the College Democrats.
